The Bear and Bison Lake View is situated right on the side of the Ebenberg piste. You can ski directly to the front door!

At the start of your day, you can walk a few metres from the front door and ski down to Ebenbergbahn lift station in Ebenbergstraße. Or you can walk about 200 metres to meet the CityXpress piste.

After a long day of skiing, biking or exploring, what better way to relax those tired muscles than in a bubbling hot tub with a cold drink in hand?

To offer our guests the safest and most hygienic experience, we charge a fee so that the cleaning is handled by professionals.

For guests with cars or motorbikes, at least 2 parking spaces are available at all times and free of charge. Our carport has a roof, guiding LED lighting, and ground heating in winter months.

A double car charger is available for electric cars. A bicycle rack is also provided.

For guests arriving by train or bus, we would be happy to arrange a taxi or a pick-up.

Although we are within easy walking distance of the train and bus stations, a short (50 m) steep stretch in the road may be difficult for guests with heavy luggage.

A spacious lift allows access to each floor of the apartment directly from street level. Thresholds are flat or minimal, and most doors are 90 cm wide.

The house is accessible via a road with a short (50 m) steep section, and guests with limited mobility may find this incline challenging.

While we do provide a cot for babies/toddlers up to 2 years, we would like to make our guests aware that the apartment may not be suitable for young children who should not be left unsupervised.

Smoke alarms and fire extinguishers are fitted throughout the house. There is an additional fire blanket in the kitchen.

Like many people, we are concerned about the environmental impact of tourism. That’s why we’ve decided to take steps to reduce it where possible.

Our house is equipped with solar panels, as well as a geothermal heat pump which provides floor heating in the winter and cooling in the summer. Combined with an active ventilation system, it ensures that no air conditioning or extra heating is needed.

To limit plastic use, we supply luxury brand hygiene and cleaning products in refillable bottles.

Recycling and segregation of rubbish is common and expected in Austria, but don't worry - the rules are simple and we will be on hand to explain in case of any doubt!
